Noralis Rodríguez is the Program Coordinator of the ADVANCE Program.  She graduated from the Department of Office Systems Administration at the University of Puerto Rico , Humacao.  Currently she persuing a M.S. degree in Human Resouces Management at The Turabo University.  Ms. Rodríguez is responsible of design, implant, evaluate and facilitate trainings for the faculty, students and the personnel of the UPR-Humacao.  She prepares and maintains the calendar of educative activities and trainings for the Program.  She coordinates the ADVANCE Theater Group to promote and Institutional Transformation.
